Recently Adopted Rules

Chapter 243 - Uniform Reporting System for Health Care Claims Data Sets - was amended and is effective 3/13/17.

Rule Chapter 120 - Release of Data to the Public - was repealed and replaced effective 7/28/16. Please see other documents involved in this process below.

Chapter 270 - Uniform Reporting System for Health Care Quality Data Sets - was amended and is effective 6/1/16.
